im fairly new here. I also loved freddie. I was 13 when he died. When his mom came out with the book she did a tour. I got to meet her and give her a letter. Afterwards she wrote back to me thanking me for the kind letter and sent me a 8 by 10 pic of freddie autographed by her. I still have it with my all my stuff of freddie I even still have a t shirt with his picture on it. Never threw anything out. DeDE were were blessed to know him. He was the greatest.

Welcome, hoganite. I'm the same age as you. Thirteen was a tender age to hear about the death of a star I was so smitten with-and hearing of the way he died, the drugs, etc., left me very confused. It's nice to watch the show again chat with everyone here-it sure takes me back! Welcome!

I was very surprised to get the letter. I told her that I loved her book and that I believed that He didnt commit suicide. Did you know his doctor took away the gun a few days prior and gave it back to him How stupid can he be!
