Most people who watched FOX's America's Most Wanted know the host John Walsh and after America's Most Wanted ended it's run John Walsh became an even more bigger star and so he decided to venture out to try something new that he'd never done before. The result by teaming up with Baby Einstein founder Julie Clark launching a series of children's safety DVD's called The Safe Side. The first ever The Safe Side DVD was titled Stranger Danger and when you see the commercial for The Safe Side DVD's you can see why John Walsh became a huge commercial pitchman. The Stranger Danger DVD of The Safe Side Series taught young children about the ABC's of stranger danger with the help of John Walsh's sidekick a girl with big braids known as The Safe Side Chick and when people ordered these DVD's through the commercials a poster and checklist and a parents guide was also included. The second DVD in The Safe Side series dealt with internet safety and came with the same items like the previous DVD did when also ordered through the commercial. Little did we know that these commercials would turn John Walsh into a commercial superstar. Although no longer on the market today this DVD series was a huge stepping stone for John Walsh to try and successful it truly was
