I was wondering if this has ever happaned to anyone- I won an auction on Saturday and the seller still hasn't contacted me, I've written to them and still had no responce.
Does anyone know what I should do next?

Don't give up. Email the seller until you get a reply. More than likely the seller had an unexpected emergency and had to leave suddenly. Just keep emailing him (I recommend once everyday) until he replies. Also, check his feedback. If he has several negative "I emailed the seller, but he didn't email me back" than it sounds like the seller might be bad. Just take my advice with the email though. Do NOT leave rushed feedback. Like I said the guy could've had a death in the family or his computer crashed and he couldn't get to his email. That's the problem with ebay. Some people leave neg feedback so fast without waiting for an explanation.

I would just keep emailing the seller and just wait. That's pretty much all you can do. If you want their address to send the payment you might want to click checkout, this notifies both the seller and the buyer's address. Actually its just like emailing each other. Usually the seller leaves an invoice and tells what the final bid plus shipping and their address. Also I would check what the seller's instructions are located on the auction page, maybe they only accept paypal or whatever. But I don't see any reason why they wouldn't email you back. If she or he doesn't respond anytime soon though, my guess is that your dealing with a bum seller.
Believe me, it's even worse when the seller doesn't even give the item you won after you paid for it. This has happened to me once. And I'm still pretty pissed about it. I spent 40 bucks and it went down the drain.
*whew* Yup, I'm an ebay veteran. I buy a WHOLE lot of stuff off ebay. It's very addicting.
