as mucgh as I love my guitar... I hate playing songs in three-four time. it annoys me. 1-2-3 1-2-3... no thats not right. it should be 1-2-3-4! AHHHHHHH! and i finally play this stoopid song right and fast... and it turns out im playing it too fast because I overlooked the fact that not EVERY note on the page is a quarter note. So now it like 1-2 (note change) 3 and I don't like it. because all of my life, for every instrument ive ever picked up, I played 4-4 times and so Im gonna strangle the person who decided it should be 3-3. ugh. (practices some song by some old 70's band my mom loves)

I've been playing bass guitar since I was 14 and I play it the way I want to.
I don't know how to read music, I never went to a proper music teacher, I never took a music course at school. I learned to play bass myself. I'm self-taught and I'm very f#cking good at it!
Play the way you want to. That's how it should be!

I think music notes for instruments is stupid. I don't think you need notes in order to play an instrument like a guitar, drums, or whatnot. If you love music the way you like it in your soul, then you should just play the instrument and let the chords flow.
