When Peter was punishing Greg for taking his blame in breaking the vase, this was the punishment.

1. Where was the cellar?

2. Why would you store the screens there?

Depending where you live many remove screens in the winter or summer. Most store them in the garage or cellar. I live in Florida so I take my screens out in April or May and put them back in November or December. I store them in the garage since I dont have a basement. In the north its the opposite. Not sure about CA. I don't think that is unusual. Most homes have some sort of basement even though we never see or hear about the basement again.
In the last episode we hear Carol talk about putting Cindy's rabbits on the service porch. We never see a service porch either.
Now the funny part about your post is that the Brady's did not have screens nor did they have window glass

I didn't know they were taken off in some regions.

But the service porch was featured in many episodes. It's the room behind the kitchen.

It's a laundry room not a service porch. Is not a service porch a porch like structure enclosed with windows where the hot water tank or washing machine is? Roseanne had a service porch.
Chris Knight was laughing at the comment about the service porch on the Real Brady Bros podcast. He said "since when did the Brady's have a service porch?
I suppose its open for debate but I see that as a laundry room and not a service porch.

I have seen houses where the service entrance with the washer and dryer does not have screened windows like a porch but just has a regular door. Maybe some people prefer having their washer and dryer more protected inside and away from the elements or possible intruders.

Both Alice's bedroom and the laundry room were behind the kitchen.

The cellar could have been just outside the service entrance.

In the entire series the room with the washer and dryer was referred to as the laundry room. In the last episode its referred to a service porch. Even some actors on the show were confused by the phrase "service porch."
Its possible the house could of had a basement but its not talked about except that one episode. Its funny because before moving into the den for a bedroom, the attic roof was too low for a bedroom and they never discuss a basement as an option. In season 4 suddenly the attic roof lifts like magic and Greg moves in. However we get to see glimpses of the attic many episodes before and the attic seemed just fine for a bedroom.
Its just my hunch (since I never heard this discussed by anyone before) but I believe they made Greg move into the attic to make room for Oliver who shows up a 1/2 season later.

My friend's house had a laundry room off to the side of the back door hallway. And it had its own door to the outside to a side entrance driveway.
