Already voicing Lois and various other minor characters on Family Guy, Alexandrea Borstein voiced two main characters on Bordertown: Janice Buckwald and Becky Buckwald. This is like being a series regular on two different live-action/on-camera TV shows, one of which is produced in Los Angeles and the other in Vancouver, or serving on two branches of the same agency (one in each of the two aforementioned cities), at the same time, and having to fly between those two cities every week or two.

Bordertown may have been cancelled after one season due to poor reviews and viewership, but if it had been somehow successful in the ratings and gotten a second season renewal, would Janice and Becky have been recast with a different actress? And why have Ms. Borstein voice both the mother and the daughter on Bordertown?
