Look for future star movie Andy Garcia as Manuel and Abraham Alvarez as Jesus (Hay-Soos) two of Swensen's Cubin workers. Alvarez will play the more permanent roll of Jose staring in the next episode the Cook. Note Garcia & Alvarez are credited with playing each others character in the closing credits.

What's really funny is that after all the talk about the restaurant, we only see it a few times early on in the series, and then we never see it again (although we still see the kitchen).

Even in the 3rd and 4th season we still see the Restaurant from time to time. I know we see it in "Love ins Hell" which is late in season 3, but it is true that we only see it once in awhile in the later seasons.

What I never understood is Barney says he is President of the Lodge. But in The Incident it is Gordy Burns and Archie let's it slip he voted for him and not Barney.

Yep in finest ABP tradition they failed to develop a storyline. I think the restaurant was only briefly used twice in the last three seasons.

Love Is Hell when Stephanie's crush walks in, only to backfire when he immediately gets the hots for Billie. And Break A Leg when Stephanie and Billie are talking about the performing arts school while Archie is trying to figure out how to get the new table into the kitchen.
