According to the June 1977 Playboy article, Kathy was a prostitute when Freddie met her. In fact, the playboy article quotes Freddie as saying, "I'd marry a whore in a minute. At least with a whore you know what you are getting."

I read that same article.

That Playboy article was NOT all fact..A lot of it was made up stuff from the tabloids and a bit from here and a bit from there..If you look it also says that somewhere Freddie has another child~~besides Freddie jr~~ That is NOT true...That girl was never pregnant...She lied to him to get him to marry her, but he told her he would marry her when he was ready and not until then....And after he made it big she wanted nothing to do with him!!

Some of that stuff in the tabloids was made up. I remember reading yrs ago that John Travolta was dating Kim Darby a character actress at the time & he was going to marry her. A friend of mine & I believed it & were so crushed & upset. We later found out it wasn't true & he only dated her. I learned from that that not everything in the tabloids or movie star magazines is true...

Freddie seems like a nice guy...
