On the first show we learn that the (well, I thought he was some superior cop; but in the last episode it's like he's a lawyer) is having an affair with the reporter. Okay, what I want to know is is he corrupt? I mean, why did he threaten the guy not to tell who was at the party? I started thinking maybe he was there and didn't want everyone to know but that can't be it. It sounds more serious than that. Then on next week's show they talk about corruption... didn't see the whole preview, but the camera went to him and he was asking Joel if he thought he was corrupt.

I guess it's confusing me because I thought he was this up and up cop in the first show who's just having an affair but now it seems like he's a corrupt lawyer? Did I miss something?

Other than that I think this is a great show.
