my friend falls in love with a new boy every week, and everytime she does, she always asks me to talk to them for her! She's afraid to herself so I always have to call and email guys. Last year it got all of them hating me and thinking I was annoying, so i told her I hated the Idea and i wouldn't do it. So, In reality... her "plan" for getting guys, is getting her laughs, and me some nice guy friends. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I win.

Theres this girl at school thats ugly and short and fat and she thinks shes sooooo cool and she tries to hook up w/ boys all the time. Theres this nice guy and he likes her, not in that way tho and when she found out she started flirting her head off w/ him. She always talks to him and hangs around him and she puts her arm around him all the time. haha. Last year she liked this other guy jonathan and she told like the whole school about it. 1ce she was like "i spent 3 hrs this morning makin myself pretty so jono would like me!" and she just had her hair up in a clip

That does suck. If she is pestering you that much, try telling her again that you can't be around forever to help her meet guys. Someday you have to learn how to speak up for yourself. Are you saying when we get to be 20 or 30 years old and you see a guy you are interested in, are you going to call me up and ask me to meet you where ever and talk to the guy for you? I can't do that anymore. I'm not interested in the guy. You're the one that is interested, so you do the talking. Could always say something like that to her.

Who doesnt want someone else to do the talking??? But this just sounds annoying!!! What is she going to do when your out of school and she has to face reality?? Maybe, instead of doing stuff FOR her, just give her advice and try to get her to do it..

there's a girl in my school who has a boyfriend and she like flirts

Urgh! Don't talk to me about the whole friends/guys dynamic. I've experienced way to much pain in that area!
All my friends dumped me when we reached 16 cos they started getting interested in guys. I most definately did not share their enthusiasm for the subject which led to quite a lot of arguments and, ultimately, the dissolution of a major long-term friendship.

Tell your pal that if she wants to waste her time with men then that's her problem - don't let her drag you into it!

she doesnt even go to the same school as me. she IMs me and calls me everyday to talk about guys NON STOP. I'm straight and all... but I don't really care about guys to much... and when i see a hot guy im like "ok. cool." then i walk away. My friend however walks around going on and on about it. God, what is her problem? She also falls for the most concieted bastards ever. all her potential boyfriends are HORRIBLY stubborn and talk about her (and me, but I dont really care) behind our backs. Usually i hear the guys makin fun of how obsessed she is. Well... a ctually i chewed the gum myself, and used the notes to spit it in... but I always asked the guy first, incase he wanted it.

Ok... my friends are idiots. my new friends however... are cool. i think im gonna burn the old ones at the stake.

At least your friend isn't like my friend, Stacie. She gets a b/f, dumps him for another, dumps him for another, dumps him for another... blah blah blah. Yeah, so she goes between BFs with less than 24 hours between each. Her longest relationship was 5 months, which ended on the 3rd. She dumped this really smart... but mean... guy for a junior with a GPA of about 1.2 in all freshman classes. Yup. There's a winner.

And she has NO idea of how many friends she DOESN'T have.

I mean, I haven't had a bf for about 4 years, but at least this way I can observe and know the way NOT to go about it.

That's what's happening to me. I've lost pretty much all of my friends at school because I'm not..."boy crazy". Never really have been. Like Dana said, I'm straight, but if I see a hott guy I don't really care. He's hott...okay that's it. I'd rather concentrate on things that are actually a little more interesting than guys like music or something. Grr.
