I mean....there's literally 2 different kinds......regular wings and then the boneless...

This falls under "Product Liability." I had to take a course in that. Most of the examples were related to things like warnings on ladders or other hardware stuff. But there was a food example I remember well: a manufacturer selling shelled mixed nuts (meaning no shells) is not going to be found liable for damages (injury to the mouth, etc.) if there's an occasional shell found in the can -- HOWEVER - if a foreign object like a screw or bolt has found its way into a can, from the processing machinery, the company may be found liable.

The boneless chicken situation has many comparables, a good example is cherry pies that aren't supposed to have any pits in them. You will come across a pit if you eat them often enough.
