After having success with reality shows such as The Apprentice and Last Comic Standing and the game show Deal Or No Deal NBC created somewhat odd reality shows in the 2000's. One odd reality show that NBC did that I don't know why whoever decided to create this reality show was titled Who Wants To Marry My Dad? In Who Wants To Marry My Dad? two daughters had to help their father try to find the perfect wife and the father had to go on different challenges to learn more about each woman destined to become his future wife and the daughters helped their father get to know each woman. In the finale episode the father got married to the woman chosen with the daughters attending the wedding. Who Wants To Marry My Dad? received lukewarm reviews upon it's debut and was shortly cancelled after the finale aired. Next to Average Joe and For Love Or Money this reality show was one of NBC's weirdest and weakest links in their reality show department
