I Love Lucy gang goes to Atlantic City:

(The Ricardo’s and Mertzes are packing the Ricardos’ car.)

Lucy: “I can’t believe it. We’re going to Atlantic City because Ricky is putting on a show.”

Fred: “And I’m going to be his band manager. I will see all the sexy ladies.”

(Fred whistles. Ricky laughs.)

Ethel: “Fred.”

Ricky: “I sure hope that any of you don’t gamble. Remember what my Dad said?”

Lucy: “Even if I did, I wouldn’t understand it.”

Ricky: “He said that money you win in gambling is dirty money.”

Lucy: “Oh. But at least I know Ricky’s show will be a smash.”

Ricky: “Lucy, you CANNOT be in the show and you WILL NOT gamble.”

Lucy: “Oh Ricky.”

(The boys go inside.)

Lucy (mentally): “I am gonna make Ricky so proud. I will gamble his money and make sure he walks out with more money than Bill Gates.”

(They go to Atlantic City. When Ricky’s show goes on, a drunk Lucy stumbles on stage and accidentally ruins it. This is before Ricky finds out that Lucy gambled all their money. When he finds out, he is FUMING. They go back into their hotel room.)

Ricky (yells): “LUCY, YOU GOT SOME EXPLAINING TO DO.”

Lucy: “Ewwwwwwww!”

(She faints in hilarious fashion.)
