Comedy Lover, I am not sure myself . I have browsed through the HBO website and found nothing indicating of his special. I have however located an response section to leave feed back or comments. I have indicated interest to them to put the Freddie Prinze and Friends on Video tape or DVD if hasn't been done so already.

I want a copy of this so bad. I wish it were all of Freddie without the other people but hey I am just glad he did it! :) What did he do & wear in it? We are dying to know! You are so luck to have seen it! :) I wish they would put this out on video...

In the E TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY, there are a coupld of clips of Freddie from when he performed on the special. I think he is wearing white, and he looks great. Like a white jumpsuit, something like that. Thanks, Lucky mama for getting that info to HBO too..maybe they will do something about that

My apologies to all of you for the misinformation regarding Freddie's attire during the special, he was in fact wearing light blue jeans, a light blue denim sweatshirt with a hood in back, and a striped either reddish or orange and white shirt, and he is standing in front of a brick wall with the microphone at the Improv. There are a couple of brief clips of him performing and thanking the crowd and running up to the stage on The E true Hollywood Story..

We need to find this special !

I bet this is the pic you're talking about! :) Wow, I had wondered what this pic was from. I had assumed he'd worn a suit in his HBO special. Here wearing the sweatjacket & jeans he looks more his age. When he wears suits or tuxes, he looks so much older. He is so cute here! :heart:

If I might make a suggestion, if you want to locate this special, write or e-mail HBO and see if it is available, and if so, where. Also, maybe write Jay Leno at NBC here in California and ask him, he was on that show and who knows, maybe he knows where to
get it. Good Luck..

Dear CMelucci;

Thank you for your inquiry regarding videos of Freddie Prinze, Sr.

Unfortunately, we don't have what you're looking for. This could be for many reasons; it's possible no suppliers have the licensing for it or we just haven't yet found the supplier that does have the licensing.

You might try searching at www.google.com or looking for a fan site to see if they have any information. Also, EBay is
a great resource.

I'm sorry we weren't able to help you more. Good luck in your search!

Sounds to me like the person answering my inquiry didnt really take the time to find out WHY they dont have it or WHERE I mite get it........ I dont know...what do u think?
