I rescanned my antenna today, and I discovered a new channel called LIGHT TV. As of this typing, they are showing The New Flipper with Jessica Alba, and Green Acres is next, but I would really like to see their weekly schedule. I'm searching for their schedule so I can find out what type of shows they will be airing. All I know is that they will show tv shows and movies from the MGM library. Their website is not totally up yet. Here is what I know from wikipedia.
Light TV is an American digital broadcast television network owned by MGM Television that launched on December 22, 2016. The network features family-friendly and faith-based entertainment programming. Light TV is headed by the husband-and-wife team of Mark Burnett and Roma Downey; Burnett is the CEO of MGM TV, while Downey is best known as an actress and star of Touched by an Angel. Both Burnett and Downey consider themselves deeply religious, and have teamed in the past on producing several religious- or family-oriented projects (most notably the 2013 History miniseries The Bible) through the MGM subsidiary Downey leads, Lightworkers Media
UPDATE: I found a schedule under TV Guide listings. The only classic TV shows they seem to be airing daily are Sea Hunt, Flipper, The New Flipper, Green Acres, and Highway to Heaven.

For what it's worth, here's the wiki link (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_TV) if anyone wants to read more or see the list of affiliates.

Green Acres is all that really interests me. I sure hope this channel doesn't crunch credits like Antenna TV. I also hope Touched by an Angel will be on it soon.

I know. I wish they would show more obscure forgotten TV shows from their library. BTW, DECADES is having a Touched by an Angel BINGE marathon right NOW this weekend.

Rabbit Ears is saying "soon" for our Fox affiliate. We have MGM HD on FIOS. Maybe we'll be seeing this soon. We don't have all of the retro channels, but we have a good selection of them.
Are there any other new channels that might start up soon? Light TV doesn't sound very promising to me.

While I don't get the channel , it seems like a nice family station. It is amazing how many retro stations are on the air. It seems ages ago I was watching Nick at Nite and they were showing older shows. I have a nice assortment of show to watch.

LIGHT TV will probably be in Cleveland when the Browns are in the Super Bowl!

I think that this diginet is doomed. They have only two affiliates. They say that they are getting more stations in early 2017. It is now late June and no progress has been made. Their website has only one page and you can't access the schedule from the website and presumably any on screen guide.
How do they expect to get ratings? I know that negotiations take time at times but they seem like they are dragging their feet. If this channel fails, I hope they don't place the blame on the false fact that no one wants family programming anymore.

Actually they have 11 affiliates right now, and more expected. I wouldn't say they're "doomed". But in the crowded space of diginets right now, more need to add more subchannel space to their diginet. But Light TV is in bad shape anyway.

I will say if LIGHT TV does come to Cleveland...it'd fit well with the WBNX substation...maybe merge with 55.2 which is a standard substation itself which plays reruns of Ernest Angely's programs and as I see the line-up on LIGHT TV...that would work for a station that's family-oriented.

I don't know what's going on with this channel. I had heard a lot about it last year before it launched but I have heard nothing about it lately and almost forgot about it. I did find a schedule for it on zap2it using a Los Angeles zip code but nothing looked interesting to me except Green Acres. I know they were supposed to be adding Touched by an Angel at some point but I don't know when that will be. I wish they would add it in more places. It looks like most of the stations it's on right now are low powered ones.

Looks like I was somewhat wrong in my post.
I am not bummed that I don't get this station because I couldn't care less about the programming they have.
