I happen to be up early(like 4:30 am early) the other morning and turned on This TV and they were playing "Sea Hunt"-well, this is a very rarely rerun series so I decided to watch. On this episode, the guest star was none other than June Blair! It was great seeing her in a non Ozzie & Harriet setting, playing a character other than David's wife. She was more action oriented here and I swear I saw Lloyd Bridges look lustily at her

I would love to see some of June's pre-Ozzie and Harriet acting performances. I always thought that she came across very well on the show--and of course her looks sure didn't hurt! I'm sure Lloyd Bridges did look lustily at her! June was a hottie! ;) Funny that Rick was the big heartthrob but Dave landed the more attractive and glamorous wife of the two (a Playboy Playmate in fact!) Of course, sadly neither brother married "a girl like the girl that married dear old Dad"--although Dave certainly did well the second time around from all indications. Funny that the woman that Rick was involved with in the last few years of his life (and apparently engaged to, although some people who knew them said he'd never have married her) was named Helen Blair. I wonder what Dave thought of that when Rick introduced her to him. "Dave, this is Helen...Helen Blair!"

I agree, June's performance was a study in depth.

I always enjoy seeing Blair in pre-O&H appearances. Caught her not too long ago in the final episode of "M Squad," courtesy that big dvd box-set from Timeless. She's always very appealing.
