Anyone remember the theme from the 70's incarnation of the game show Password? Actually there were two themes. The first, heavy on synthisizers was rather dull and lifeless than other game show themes of that era. When the format and title was changed in 1974 to Password All Stars, a more uptempo theme was used titled "Bicentennial Funk." IMHO, it was the much better theme of the two.
