I remember that episode on "Match Game" that it was on GSN where Jimmie Walker was a panelist on the show along with Charles Nelson Reilly and Brett Somers as regulars with Gene Rayburn as the host. You know you are so right. It's like he took the JJ persona to heart. That, or he is always like that and that's the reason he was cast to plau JJ, he was just being himself.

I agree to an extent..He just seemed more obnoxious on the Match Game than he was when he played JJ..He also seemed to be "trying too hard" to be funny when back fired on him because he then came across as a moron :lol:
