Wow this is not good publicity for NCL. One of the comforts in booking with the cruise line is that they wont leave ya if something happens on the tour. Even worse,other people stole their seats on the bus.

NCL has some bad press coming for this one.

I bet they will try to weasle out of it!!

I just read NCL is reimbursing them out of pocket expenses and have reversed the fines....
