this is my midterm. our first nine weeks ends this friday so ill get my report card in like two weeks.

as of now Im failing english and have a C in world Civ but i dont get my grades until nov.

Ive gotten some D's and F's on my social studies tests but i retook em and got A's and B's [cuz i memorized the answers the second b4 i retook em] and prolly alotta C's and a few B's on my math tests and maybe a few B's and A's in easy subjects like language arts cuz im good at writing reprorts [i copy from the encyclopedia sentence by sentence but i change the words and stuff] but i havent gotten my report card yet.

The first marking period ends on the 11th for me So.. I'll probably get reports around the 20's.

I'm not currently in so at this time but all through high school a I was a C student. Except for my Senor year when I was a A student. That was actually do to the fact that I only had 3 classes instead of 6.

Symphonic Band - 95% - (A)
Biology - 88% - (B)
Math 1 (Algebra) - 96.66% - (A)
American Writer's & Writing - 92.64% - (A)

I am so far gettin all As

You guys are all way too smart. I mean God if you get straight A's, I wouldn't exactly call it horrible. As for me, I know only a couple of my grades.

Teacher Aide - Pass (No grade)
Spanish IV - A
Weights - A
AP English - C+ (Weighted Class)
Trig - B (Weighted Class)
Senior Seminar - A (You can fail this calss, but still get an A with all the damn extra credit she offers)
Physics - B- (Weighted Class)

*What I mean by weighted is that it's like an honors class. So say if you get a B in this kind of class, it's an A in a normal class and entered as a 4.00 on to get youre GPA.

Also, these are midterm grades.

oh lordy. i have to tell my mom about my geometry grade. ok..here's the thing, my teacher has an accent and she doesn't use english! she goes "we do problems, then homework then you know for test." and stuff. and it's confusing to understand her and then this girl next to me always goes "can i see your homework" and stuff so i can't just focous on one thing. so on thursday she asked me for my hw, again and i said "you don't need my homework" and she said "but i didn't get number 5" and i was thinking "and #5, 6, 7, 8..." (wait, did i already talk about this? i could've sworn i typed this up, anyway) so i went "you don't need my ****ing homework to do your ****ing own homework!" and she was like "ook, i'll ask someone else." anyway, i understood the lesson and everything. that's cuz my mommy helped me. :D ok, i know that was like ot, so here are my grades.

ap world... umm...c or b. lol. i did a ton of extra credit though

biology...(speaking of which, on friday we had a unit test worth 516 pts!! ah! i was up all night studying, but it was easy)..probably an a

jeez in our wieghted class if you get a B .. you really get a B+... you guys quite a bigger jump. my only weighted class is espanol.

Yea we only get a couple (less than a normal school) and it's just one grade higher instead of the +'s or -'s. Plus, I'm in Spanish IV here, but it isn't considered a weigthed class.

My grades...they're pathetic...

Ecology - 64
World History 2 - 68
Geometry - 76

Next Semester will be much, much easier.

For gpa, no classes are weighted, but you only use 7 of your 8 classes...
For class rank, classes are weighted on whether you take IB or studies or whatnot...

So I'm a pretty good student, except that I really suck at English.

We haven't gotten our progress reports yet, but so far I have A's in every class but spanish. I think I'm failing or getting a D. I hate spanish.

All I know is that I have a A (95.9) in English... we got grade sheets today but it doesn't count the test that we took on thursday so it isn't even our whole grade for mid-term....

i made a 58 on my spanish, two below 50's on my english, and a 98 on my world civ tests. so i hate life and am getting kicked from honors. but as revenge im gonna do something so i ALMOST die and blame it on him and then he'll be sad for a long time. hahahaha. stupid chunky midget.

woa, they actually do the minus and plus thing? here it's either an a, b, c, d, or f. no matter how high of a grade it is. and if you have a d they have to write "in danger of failing."

you know i wouldnt be so mad but i got the damn B+ in art.... ART!!!!!!!!!! if it was in like spanish 3 then it'd be a diff story buT SHEEEEESH! this is mother truckin ridiculous. art sucks monkey balls and so do all art teachers. they judge us on our ability which isnt fair. as long we try stuff we should get a get grade. and its pretty damn ironic that my class with the toughest grading scale is art.. no not algebra or spanish .... ART!!!!!!!! the lowest A in art class is a 97 and in biology the lowest A is a 93. Somethings not right there and i feel like complaing to my guidance counsellor. and i can pretty much guarantee no one has an A in my art class and thats pretty sad. art shouldnt be so difficult. the class average is like a C in there. thats ridiculous. damn 30 year old short loser teacher who could never get a girl because he's such a freak and likes art too much and enjoys ruining peoples futures by destroying their GPAs when they had an A one week before report cards, then dropping them to the highest B+ but not enough to give them an A-. **** him.

my new theory: he gave me a B+ because im left handed. one day i was talkign to my friend trica and she was saying how i have such good handwriting for a left handed person. and then mr. reynolds chimes in and says how left handed people usually arent good in artsy stuff but are better in math. so yep he took more points off of my perspective drawing just so he could prove his damn theory right. i would really enjoy stepping on that little sh¡t.

actually, it would be the opposite.....lefties are usually WORSE at math...I learned this in psychology this year :) so correct your teacher! he should give you a HIGHER grade because you're left handed haha :)

lefties are generally better at: remembering names, art, musical talent

righties are generally better at: logic, math, problem solving

I'm left handed too by the way!
