TCA: CBS Renews Daytime Lineup for Next Season

CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler made the announcement at the top of the network’s TCA executive session, touting the network’s daytime success.

The early renewal includes talk show "The Talk", soaps "The Young & The Restless" and "The Bold & The Beautiful", and game shows "The Price is Right" and "Let’s Make a Deal".

No surprise on any of them...if I'm not mistaken, they all win their respective time periods!

CBS Renews Entire Daytime Lineup

It looks like CBS' daytime programming will remain intact. The network announced that it has renewed its entire lineup heading into next season.

Among the list are game shows "Let's Make a Deal" with Wayne Brady and "The Price is Right" with Drew Carey.

From 30 consecutive years of being #1 in the ratings, to another year as the most honored Network at the Daytime Emmys, our lineup of talk, game shows and dramas connects with our audience like no one else," Angelica McDaniel, EVP of Daytime Programs and Syndicated Program Development at CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Distribution said.

"All of our talent, on screen and behind the scenes, is hard at work making the upcoming season of these award-winning series even bigger and bolder."

Do you know when Let's Make A Deal's new season will air JamesG? I have looked everywhere for info on it but found nothing so far. It's great that Let's Make A Deal will return for Season 9 because that show along with The Price Is Right have made CBS's Daytime Lineup a huge winner with everyone who likes daytime shows
