I prefer Forensic Files, I like cold case files too. But I seem to lose interest in the episodes when I watch cold case files, I also think they try to make it more of a horror show with the time cards and the music. Forensic is more serious which I like. :talk:

Though they're both excellent crimes shows, choosing between the two, I'd have to choose Cold Case Files. That creepiness surrounding those grotesque photos and music is certainly what attracts me to the show. Not intending to sound weird or outright insane, it just picks my interest more.

I LOVE Forensic Files. Very well done, very interesting cases, and always cool to see the science behind it. Amazing how many times something as small as a grain of sand can be the difference it putting someone away or not.

Plus the FF narrator has a kick-butt voice!

Oh yeah, Peter Thomas is an excellent narrator.

Forensic Files seems better produced but episode for episode I would have to state that my first choices would come from Cold Case Files.
