I am looking into the various TAGS DVD sets. Is there is an improved picture quality/restoration when compared to the single season DVD sets offered by Paramount? The sets I am considering are the Season 1-5 DVD set:

I have been somewhat dissatisfied with the occasionally washed out look of the Paramount single-season sets which I have owned for years. Can anyone enlighten me if these other sets have better picture and/or sound?
