Whatever became of actor Jere Burns? Because he was a big star of 90's sitcoms and was best known for starring in the sitcoms Something So Right and Good Morning Miami for NBC but now you don't hardly hear about or see Jere Burns on TV much anymore. Is Jere Burns still acting in sitcoms or has he moved on to movies? Also is Jere Burns's real name Jeremy or Jeremiah? Because I've never seen Jerry spelled as Jere and I know Jere is short for Jeremy or Jeremiah. I saw this guy on one of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades on Youtube and he was really funny

I remember Jere Burns as the obnoxious Kirk in Dear John and a single dad in the second season of The Mommies. He's still acting and according to Wikipedia, he appeared in three episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles.

So Jere Burns is still acting? I thought he had moved on from Hollywood and focused on other hobbies. I saw Jere Burns on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as I mentioned in my opening post and he is truly a laugh to watch. Has Jere Burns also done acting in commercials as well?

What was Jere Burns's first sitcom way before Dear John that made him well-known in sitcoms? Jere Burns should make a sitcom comeback because he truly is great

Nothing happened to Jere Burns. He was a mid-tier actor on a mid-tier sitcom, Dear John.

Jere Burns was in Dear John? I didn't even know that and I wonder if Dear John was his first sitcom role? Has Jere Burns also done commercials too? I wonder if Jere is related to game show host Brooke Burns too

Jere Burns has guest starred in two episodes of FBI this season. A line he said from last night: The US attorney is giving me a free colonoscopy because of you.
