A Honeymooners Dads Day:
(The Kramdens and Nortons arrive at Yankee Stadium with Ralph’s parents and Ed’s parents.)
Ralph: “What a great day for a Yankee/Red Sox ball game, huh Dad?”
Ralph’s Dad: “Thank you guys for this great day.”
Ralph: “I never had a child but I wish I did.”
Ed: “So do I. I can show him how to have a pool party in the sewer.”
(Ralph rolls his eyes.)
Alice: “Ralph, I got a surprise for you.”
(Alice’s parents arrive with Alice’s mother wearing Red Sox gear.)
Alice’s Mom: “Hi Sonny Boy!”
Ralph: “What’s she doing here?”
Alice’s Mom: “I’m here to cheer on my Red Sox.”
Ed: “You got a lot of guts.”
Ralph: “You got the GALL to wear that?”
Ralph’s Dad: “Son, calm down. It’s Father’s Day.”
Ralph: “All right.”
(The game commences and every time the Red Sox score a run, Alice’s parents celebrate in Ralph’s face.)
Ralph: “Just one swing.”
Ed: “I got some hot dogs for you Dad. I hope you eat them before Ralph sees them.”
(Ralph slams his chair in frustration.)
(Later on, the Yankees are losing by one run. It’s the bottom of the ninth inning and two outs as Aaron Judge comes on the plate.)
Alice’s Dad (yells): “JINX! JINX! JINX! BOOGEDY! BOOGEDY!”
(Aaron Judge strikes out and the Red Sox win.)
(Ralph gets in his face.)
Ralph (yells): “YOU ARE A BLABBERMOUTH! A BLABBERMOUTH!”
(Ralph gets in a fight with Alice’s Dad. Chaos ensues. Ralph gets detained. Uncle Leo comes by.)
Uncle Leo: “Ralph, it’s GOOD to see you.”
Alice’s Mom; “You are not too late to see my big, fat, loser of a son-in-law look dumb.”
(Ralph starts yelling all the more.)
(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)
Jackie: “Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!”
(Crowd cheers.)
