Hello, Mayberry fans! I've noticed a lot of DVD sets available with selected episodes, but does anybody know if there is available a DVD set with the series in consecutive order? If so, please email me at krusade@email.com and let me know where I may be able to find one. I'm looking to buy the entire series on DVD, but I don't want a dozen discs with repeated episodes. Know-whut-ah-mean? Thanks, y'all!

I am one who wouldnt mind VHS " The Best of " volumes of this show. It was a good show, but not good enough for full series box sets. Do you get what I am saying? :)

I see what you're saying, BundyBoy10. However, as they say, "There's no accounting for taste." The Andy Griffith Show is my personal all-time favorite television series and I would LOVE to have the entire series on DVD. There are a ton of "Best Of..." DVD's and Special Edition VHS out there for this series, but they all seem to have the same eight to twelve episodes arranged in different sequences and formats (1 disc, 2 disc, double-sided disc, special edition, etc.). I've just noticed that complete season sets seem to be the craze now. They've got fairly-recent series such as "X-Files", "Star Trek", "Next Generation", "DS9", "The Sopranos", "Sex in the City", "Married With Children" (I'm guessing this is one of your favorites, BundyBoy?), "Friends", "Law and Order", and "NYPD Blue"... classics such as "Mary Tyler Moore", "Sanford and Son", and "All in the Family"... and even brand new series such as "24" and "Six Feet Under". I was just hoping that maybe somebody knew if they were planning the same thing for this classic series. If they do, I'll be one of the first in line to buy it. Everybody keep your eyes open, and post a reply here if you see anything. I'm still at the same email address if anyone wants to email me directly. Thanks, Mayberry fans!
