(this is along the lines of the print vs. cursive conversation)

What type of clocks do you have most where you live?

Always forget to answer my own questions. Mostly digital here, mainly because most devices nowadays come with digital clocks. For instance, the 2 clocks in the kitchen are on the microwave and the oven, both digital.

The only analog I can think of in here is one on the thermostat and a small one tucked away in the corner of a bathroom.

I have a clock in the bathroom. It's really handy. Keeping track of time so you don't dilly dally after a shower or while brushing your teeth if on a time limit getting ready for work or an appointment !,;)

2 analogs here, a couple of digitals. I have a really neat atomic digital from around 1998, Sharper Image. Battery lasts for years, AA I think, never any problems, of course keeps excellent time.

I think analogs will probably go away in several years--kids don't know how to read them.

I have analog clocks all over my house, it makes me feel better to be connected to things from the past. I'm just 43 but I sound like an older person when I grumble about how KIDS TODAY dunno how to read an analog clock lol

I also have a landline

I recently hung a clock in my bathroom, because I always found myself LOOKING UP at the wall naturally searching for a clock, it's something I've always done, so I just put one in there, same for the kitchen.... Even though I have a clock in the dining room which is right next to the kitchen, when I'm cooking I always look up at the wall for a clock, so I just hung one there

I have an analog clock in my bedroom with a picture of two good looking cats. :cat:
My computer, microwave, and phone are all digital clocks. I liked the digital clock that displayed on my first cable box. But Xfinity removed the clock on their future boxes, partly because they take up less space now.
