In the original PT film made in 1960 along side attractive Hayley Mills was a girl who looks like Lynette Winter (LaRue on Gidget) at a younger age. IMDb is silent about Ms. Winter being in the PT film. Is it Lynette Winter in PT? BTW is Lynette Winter Jewish? Lynette looks like a female version of Steve Franken (Chatsworth Osborn on Dobie Gillis and Steve is definitely Jewish). Weird show this tv Gidget, two possibly very young Jewish Yentas passing for all American types. I know one thing: Hayley Mills, my future daughter, is certainly no YENTA. Good thing for that! Very good thing!

I don't think it was Lynette after all in the original Parent Trap. IMDb.com and Google.com are both silent about Ms. Winter being in that role. My future daughter Hayley played Sharon in that movie. Sharon has a roommate at camp named Ursula. I formerly thought Ursula was played by Winter but I don't anymore.
