She teamed with host Bud Collyer on the CBS game show and was so popular, she had a doll named after her.

I do remember reading about Roxanne from Beat The Clock because she was so popular and many people would watch the show just to see her. What Roxanne mainly did was take photos of the contestants after they completed the stunts on Beat The Clock with her camera and I had no idea she also was an actress too. I had never even heard of Beat The Clock until my cousins and I saw the short-lived PAX revival and I knew that Beat The Clock was a fun show from the 50's. I also read about the Roxanne doll because she came with a toy camera and was the first game show host celebrity doll made until 1990 when HSN launched the Vanna White doll
