Well, the series Gimme A Break originally premiered in late 1980.

You see, some certain TV shows originally premiere almost a year earlier than listed. Right?

It was the fall of 1981, I remember it well.


If this show ever does end up on TV Land, Hallmark, or anywhere else keep your eye out on the episode where one of the daughters is asked if she ever "frenched kissed" before.

A minister was so upset at that episdoe ( as well as Hill Street Blues and Saturday Night Live ) that he and his group actually staged a boycott of the entire NBC network, even products of NBC's parent company GE.
