I don't know how many of you are familar with the series finale of "Newhart". But to make a long story short. Wouldn't it had been great if the show Bill Cosby did on CBS in the late 90's, wouldn't it be great if in the last episode it is revealed that the whole series was a dream of Cliff Huxtible. I know it might be stupid to do something that is already done. But in this case it would have appropriate since the same actress played his wife and the similar settings.

Also it wouldn't be that unusual becasue the Cosby show did a couple of episode where Cliff had weird dreams. (The male pregnency episode and the one with the puppets).

If it were all a dream, I'd find it as a huge insult.

It'd infer that such a happy ideal family is not possible and only exists in Bill's dreams
