Funnily, MeTV has been using the "Summer of Me" tag in promo spots since last fall- throughout winer and spring. :D

Other then that, The Summer of Me should’ve not be mentioned on air from Early September thru Mid May more often. Normally, they always say “Today/Tonight on MeTV” and etc during the Summer of Me’s off-season from Early September thru Mid-Late May to be exact.

Summer of Me used to kind of an event, with hosts such as the late Dawn Wells, and Barry Williams.

Last year all they did was add an extra hour of MASH.

It’s pretty lame now. Just goes to show that MeTV has really gone downhill.

I think Me TV is a good channel but I feel like they should change to different time slots and change out shows and return the shows atleast every quarter.

Another thought is during the Summer Of Me & A Very Merry Me TV they could really get creative with there schedules and than Return to there Regular line ups in September & in January.

I agree with you about a Very METV. They should take a cue from the Hallmark cahannel and a few other similar themed family channels and just break away from the normal programming and go all in for the holiday with shows movies and holiday themed animated specials that you can't find on the other networks.

They have not changed their schedule in a long time, I would suggest to cut down on the two hour MASH and update to different shows every month, Drop the two hour Mash and shows like Happy Days . Laverne and Shirley in that time slot and stop showing two hours of MASH. It is getting old

I totally agree about MASH. It’s been on way too long but it does well in ratings and that’s the way they schedule things, which I think is not a good format for a channel completely made up of reruns. They do have Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley on their sister network Catchy. They had an hour of Laverne and Shirley but as of January took away a half hour to add a half hour of Happy Days. I wish they could have made a way to show an hour of both.

MeTV shows two hours of MASH and Catchy shows two hours of Full House. If anything deserves two hours, it should be My Three Sons, because it lasted so long and has so many episodes. One half hour a day is not enough for a show with that many episodes.

Starting May 27th, The Flintstones will replace My Three Sons in the 6:30am slot. Don't know if this is permanent or something temporary as part of a METV Toons promotion.

*edit* I checked the future schedule of Catchy Comedy to see if My Three Sons was moving over to that channel, and I don't see it on thier schedule, yet.

FETV cable channel is adding my three sons later this year and my three sons air on saturdays evening on metv -plus

Dragnet as shown now has too few episodes to support 10 episodes per week.

Just about all the music has been replaced in the syndicated episodes, so you think it would almost be okay for a streaming network.

Yeah,I would Keep MY 3 Sons at 6 am and at 5 & 5 30 slot....add tv series /The State Trooper/Three season show or add tv series (Rescue 8 with Jim Davis of Dallas tv series star) or add tv series (Stoney Burke) with jack Lord/Hawaii 5-0 star.

The Powers Of Matthew Star is replacing Thunderbirds, next Sunday (7/7/24) at 6:00am. If you are one of the few who has METV Toons and don't mind staying up late to fuel nightmares, you can watch it along with all the other Gerry Anderson puppet-mation shows.

Oof thats rough for Flintstones. One of the quickest changes for a Metv timeslot at 2 months. I wonder if Adam-12 was put there to go with Dragnet or they plan on replacing Adam-12's evening hour with something else in the Fall and its phasing the show out.

My Three Sons should be on Catchy Comedy if MeTV doesn't want to air it. FETV acquired the rights to it as well and its coming soon. So at least one channel will treat it well.

I agree about My Three Sons. It should go to Catchy. And it needs four episodes a day considering the amount of episodes it has. One episode a day doesn’t cut it for a show with 380 episodes. It’s on the obscure MeTV Plus+ with just one episode Saturday afternoons. That is totally unacceptable for a show with that many episodes.

There are only 13 episodes of THE POWERS OF MATTHEW STAR & ME-TV ran them to death before. I`ll never watch it.

The Flintstones must have been a real bomb. They have dumped it this week, and put Adam 12 in its place, without even changing the TV Guide.

They usually don't pull a show that fast, unless it was losing sponsors. Might would have been a better idea if they had used the Summer as a trial run of Toon In With ME in a 90minute format. With the longer format, they could have ran longer interviews with celebrities/ special guests, added three more cartoons and extended the library with the Magoo and newly restored Hanna-Barbara shorts.

This could also be a sign that they maybe need to cut the three episodes of the Flintstones down to one on Sunday morning and start adding other Hanna-Barbara shows to the 2hr block.
