Marina Coates, the host and content creator does outstanding work. Her videos are so detailed and imaginative some of the best work on YouTube.

One thing I always thought was a little tacky about the show was the lack of imagination that went into the creation of the patient waiting area. The patients for the doctors on the floor are relegated to waiting in a public hallway complete with elevator doors opening and closing, I would imagine if you were waiting for a session with a psychologist you may not desire such a public waiting space.
