Well TV LAND is now approaching the end of Richie and Ralph on Happy Days which means that all the Happy Days episodes on TV LAND in about another week or two will not feature Richie or Ralph. Since i realize the show needed Ron Howard and Donny Most to be good, i never made a effort to look at more than 6 episodes after they are no longer on the show. But i wanted to know is there interesting about Happy Days after the 79-80 season? If there is please tell me because Happy Days could not hold my interest without Ron Howard.

Well, Ron Howard made a couple of guest appearances in the 1983-84 season (Don Most was in one episode as well), so you might want to watch out for those shows, if nothing else.

Yeah, it's still a good show and it entertains me. But I agree it's not the same without Richie and Ralph.

Now that you mention it, I remember hearing about Ron Howard appearing in some of the last episodes. Supposedly they were different from the regular show.

Yes i found out that Richie and Ralph returned from Greeceland. I will keep a eye out for that one. The show most have really took a dive when Joanie and Chachi was off the show for a brief period. I can't imagine what the show was about then. Marion and Howard?

Yep, It Was Howard And Marion Except For And Jenny Fonzie Etc.

Oh meangya..Richie & Ralph were on for 6 years, and it seems like those episodes are shown in a month..and then you got the 80's ones that seem to take a lifetime to get through!!!!!

Anyways, yeah, if you want a good laugh and see how much the show has dramaticly changed (and NOT for the better), then yeah, sure..TUNE IN!;) LOL--not to offend those who like the 80's episodes, because I think Im the only one on this board that DOESNT. But you guys know I dont insult it..its my FAV. show!!:D

So what in the world was Happy days about when Richie, Ralph, Joanie and Chachi was gone? I guess it was Fonzie's show after that.

Season 10 (the season where Joanie & Chachi were off doing their own show) featured the following characters: Fonzie, Mr. & Mrs. C, Potise (occasionally), Roger Phillips, Jenny Piccalo, Ashley Pfister (Fonzie's girlfriend), Flip Phillips (Roger's younger brother), K. C. Cunningham (a visiting Cunningham cousin), and Heather (Ashley's young daughter). Arnold also returned to help Fonzie run the restaurant after the departure of Al. Joanie and Chachi also made about five or six gueat appearances during the course of the season.

Most of the above characters disapeared by the start of Season 11 (when Joanie & Chachi returned to the show).

When i looked at Happy Days at a youger age, I always thought that Roger was supposed to be a replacement for Richie-now i thought that at a young age-was i wrong?

No, I think that he was a replacement for Richie I think, but really there is no replacement for Richie or Ralph. But they had Roger replace Richie but, he wasnt like Richie at all although I like him, he is not as great and as funny as Richie.

Fonzie still needed Richie and Ralph and a FRQUENT Potsie in order for the Fonzie character to stand out-With Potsie not on every episode and no Richie or Ralph-Happy Days was pointless

I think the season without Joanie and Chachi and when Fonzie dates Ashley pfister, is really cute because Fonzie is so cute with that little girl Heather. Well, since you're a boy, you probably don't care, so I mean, you probably wouldn't like them. I like Happy Days all the way through though, just because it's Happy Days, ya know? It's a little different when characters start to leave, but it's all the same premise. I'd say watch a few episodes just to see what you may be missing, and if you don't like them, just watch the earlier ones on wgn until tvland starts the show over.

God bless!
