If the closed-captioning for Lassie Come Home is going to remain in all-uppercase CC, you can forget it, CatsRule/IceCream. Horrible Warner Bros. is going to neglect to re-do this film's CC to mixed-case like with hundreds of pre-1986 MGM movies (especially the 1959 Ben-Hur). I am DONE watching programs who retain their old all-caps CC on SVoD platforms.
