It's been a while since I've really watched the show but the name "Mike Stivick" really sounds natural, but as I remember, Gloria always called him "Michael" and Archie called him "Meathead", and the few times Archie DID use his name, it seems like he called him "Michael" as well. So was Edith the only one to call him "Mike" on the show?

I think that Lionel and Irene both called him "Mike."
