Yes, Jack's girlfriend explains why she is in the apartment and sleeping in Janet's bed. Jack goes to touch her or flirt with her and she says something like "as long as I am staying in the apartment while Janet is visiting her parents we have an agreement there wont be any hanky panky.

I dont remember any girl bedroom scenes in the episode. But lots of bathroom scenes. We get to see the Roper's bathroom. We never get to see the Roper's kitchen though.

I don't know what people do now, but in the past when you knew someone was coming to visit, you changed the sheets of the bed the person was going to sleep in. Even if it was a guest bed that no one in the family slept in, the host would put fresh sheets on the bed as a courtesy. There's a joke about this in the film, "Sixteen Candles." The little brother tells his mom, "I just hope you burn the sheets and mattresses after he leaves." Sheets weren't very expensive so it wouldn't be unusual for Janet to have two sets if she didn't have time to wash the sheets she was using.

Nope! As you know, things were just different back then. ABC gave Oscar and Felix girlfriends and dates on "The Odd Couple" so they wouldn't appear gay. "Three's Company" kept two women in the apartment to make sure hanky panky wasn't implied. Also, Chrissy's dad was a minister. An unmarried minister's daughter would not stay in an apartment with an unmarried man - at least not on TV back then. By keeping the girls in the same room, they could be each other's witnesses if someone implied that something hanky pankyish happened.
