what happened to Jack and the Older woman's relationship?

Did Mr. Ropers ever find out that Jack was dating one of Mrs Roper relatives?

Was Larry able to explain the situation about Martha to the Ropers so they wouldnt think he was a weirdo?

This is my favorite episode of Threes Company. The Ropers never find out about Jack's fling with Mrs Roper's cousin or at least its not revealed in the episode. Larry never gets to explain to Martha either.
However there is a great scene that is cut from syndication. When the girls convince Larry to seduce Martha they are in the kitchen. Chrissy brings Martha to the apartment. When Larry goes in the living room to meet Martha he immediately runs back into the kitchen which makes for some good comedy and jokes. The girls then do everything they can to convince Larry to go through with the mission. In syndication this part is missing and we just see the girls convince Larry and he marches into the living room.

This episode makes me laugh to this day even though I have seen it a million times. This is the ultimate misunderstanding.

One of my top ten 3's episodes. It had everything and used the whole cast.
Exactly. The script focused around Jack and his relationship with the older woman. However Jack was playing the straight actor while the cast had all the jokes and funny lines (sort of rare for Threes Company). Mr Roper killed in the Regal Beagle in the beginning with jokes about Martha's other husbands that died and his banter with Jack. Janet and Chrissy were hysterical with eachother with concern about Jack and this older woman when Martha shows up at the door. Larry has the fall out of the chair funny moment making moves on Martha. Martha gets up to run and the Ropers are at the door. Martha says "how would you like it if a young man tried to seduce you?" Mrs Roper smiles and says "I hope you got his number.' But wait here comes the counter punch. The Ropers want to know who the man is and Martha grabs Larry by the ear and says here he is and storms out of the apartment. Mr Roper's look is so funny, and then he just says "you're weird" and Larry is standing there with egg all over his face.
I could go on and on but it was a brilliantly written script.
It makes me laugh out loud still today after I have seen it a million times.
