I am used to waking up and getting the news on TV. If I cut the cord on cable, how do I keep up? Yahoo is mostly clickbait.
Thanks

Yahoo is mostly clickbait. Thanks Dead2009 03-29-2024, 11:26 AM Uhh well are you using streaming sites? There's your local news sites that you can keep up with, as well as Fox News, CNN, MSNBC etc. PhoenixAcres 03-29-2024, 01:06 PM All the cable news channels also have channels on Youtube. You can subscribe to them and get a constant feed of videos. gidgetgrape 03-29-2024, 01:41 PM You could connect an indoor antenna to your television and watch local stations. Caroline13 03-29-2024, 01:44 PM I left the TV world in 2017 and it was time and the circ mstrances were there to p ush me.....I am a OLDer ad ult and have no desire for the boob tube....I have at least 2 good more conservative leaning radio stations I have going starting about 9:30AM to when I hit the pillow and I get ALL news stuff from them, local and national............. At t his point in my life, TV stations report stuff I don't want to hear anyway.... One would think NY has radio like CA, deep blue states, and of course I have no idea where your interests lie..... Dead2009 03-29-2024, 02:51 PM you listen to one radio station all day long? Okay then... Caroline13 03-29-2024, 03:11 PM you listen to one radio station all day long? Okay then... I can hear it in my area where I am now and it's on in my bedroom, I'm NOT missing a thing as the NEWS is repeated thru the day and I also go to another station when covid was the huge thrust out there.....now that's quieted down but still hear the remanents of it..... Thinking back to my younger years and my work life, I didn't even turn on TV in the mornings..... |
