No, but everyone knows secretly that Jack does like Will even though he does give Will all those fat jokes. Plus the producers back in 1998 when the show premeired said that they would one day like to have Jack and Will get married. But that will likely happen in the last season or last few episodes. They don't want to jump the shark. I heard this all on The Roseanne Show. that talk show not the sitcom.
