Hey, while you're including the non-TV series Mr. Freezes, how about the "Batman-Animated Series" version? In my opinion, he's the best! He had that great Darth Vader like voice, plus he's the only one that has really captured the sense of sadness behind the character. That's pretty good for a cartoon!
