It had gone into repeats. John Michael Higgins posted on his Facebook page that Split Second returns with new episodes on April 8. It's nice that they promoted it on Today, playing a form of the game (I haven't watched the video).

I wish Split Second was returning two weeks later on April 22. I will miss at least half of the first 10 episodes.

Switch also returns new on April 8. It remains at 7PM leading into Split Second.

Season finale of Split Second is Monday. But the season finale of Switch is Tuesday, for some odd reason it got one more episode in its season order (61 for Switch and 60 for Split Second).
