I found a very special commercial gem today that I truly think no one ever remembers seeing. It is an early Kellogg's Rice Krispies commercial from 1935 and is done in color in a cartoon episode format. The commercial is titled Breakfast Pals and I think it is a really good well done commercial. When the commercial starts two kids are eating cereal when the kid notices his friend not eating his cereal and he tells the other kid "My Breakfast Pals serve me breakfast every day and all I do is whistle for them to come" Then the boy whistles and Snap Crackle And Pop are summoned and then fight a team of villains not hardly shown in Rice Krispies commercials today and then Snap Crackle and Pop serve the kid Rice Krispies and is very happy. It is interesting that you don't see commercials like this one today and considering that radio was still huge at the time TV was invented in 1935 this is one of Kellogg's rarest commercials ever
