I've been binge watching both F-Troop and Gilligan’s Island. Nice mindlessness for Mindfulness. Anyway, which show is sillier? For me they are pretty close but I give the nod to F-Troop. I need to catch up with Mister Ed so I can rate it.

What other shows can be on this list?

I agree that F Troop has a lesser gravitas. Both shows - like nearly all of the escapist shows of the 1960s - had satirical components to them, but I think Gilligan's satire was of a more universal nature while F Troop was lampooning specific people and events.

Both My Mother The Car and It's About Time are a lot sillier than F-Troop and Gilligan.
