It is a great question! I have read a lot on this board about the follwing:1.Changes in personnel for Nick at Nite
2.The Nick at Nite website is fully devoted to Cosby!
3.They are obsessed with the Cosby Show

Whatever happened to Nick at Nite's original way of doing classic television? TV Land f-ed up I Love Lucy. Nick only cares for one T.V. show. And so much crap! I am going to take some action myself. I will ban myself from Nick at Nite until I see in newspaper or something that Nick at Nite should have put F.T., 3's CO and Lucy back on Nick! This has gone way to far! hte rest of you should follow my lead. I think that just because Nick does not care about viewer relations, I am sure they will soon crack when their ratings fall down the top of the Sears Tower!

I think it does over obsess with the Cosby Show. Vision TV in Canada airs it, too. Only once a day, but still, I wish there was more variety on that station. And, I wish it wasn't so tiresome for the rest of you who dislike the Cosby Show and prefer Family Ties. FT is my only fave show out of 80s shows that airs now. I wish the stations had more variety of shows that were from that decade. It's too bad TBS doesn't have a wide variety. That station always has the same shows on and it gets tiresome, too.

N@N has been taken over by the evil TCB monster!
They are completely obsessed with airing that show. I must say, TCB was never my favorite, but I always thought it was good. Now that has been ruined because I am sooo sick of it. If N@N continues this way, it will be on 24 hours a day! What makes it worse is that while several other networks air TCB, no other channel has Family Ties (at least not in my area :( ). N@N needs to take this into account and start giving its other shows a fair chance. Family Ties is such a wonderful show, it is deserving of so much more, and frankly, so are the other shows that are being left behind (but especially Family Ties:) ).There should be some sort of network programming etiquette rule that prevents viewers from being inundated with inordinate amounts of a certain show. I just think that the whole situation has become ridiculous, it just isn't normal for a network to do this. It has to be money, because judging from these messsage boards, viewer opinion is obviously against this everlasting TCB marathon. Come on N@N, where are your principles? Whatever happened to preserving good television and giving ALL shows chance?
