Oh wow , how cool !! Wish there were wild turkeys roaming around near me/ where I live ! I'd feed them and treat them like pets ( like ducks or geese at a pond) not eat them !:);)

I hear about the turkeys roaming around NYC but these kind haven't hit our news in CA... Wonder why these birds are choosing the city life??? Not getting enough food in their habitat? Or maybe they hear how great living on the grid is and they want to try it...poor birds!!

Or are they a product of AI??

Could be due in part to loss of natural habitat. There are lots of deer in my area, I've even had to wait in traffic at times while they crossed the street. They're known to eat seed from bird feeders if within reach.
