The main reason I started with GSE we were lectured that "it may prevent cancers", and what happened pretty quickly I threw out Sudafed and never to buy it again and that was in 1995....

The side effects, which sound severe, are rarely mentioned. And note all the benefits have the word "may" before them. I'll bet there are people who OD on some vitamins, minerals, and herbs.

The only possible side effect I have known of is if a person takes a pharma blood thinner, then GSE could be an issue The blood could get too thin...And those taking any pharma blood thinners are not taking care of themselves...

Taking GSE 28 yrs and Never and Issue here..


On the Pharma Drug Side, Side effects Anticoagulant medicines:

passing blood in your urine.
passing blood when you poo or having black poo.
severe bruising.
prolonged nosebleeds (lasting longer than 10 minutes)
vomiting blood or coughing up blood.
sudden severe back pain.
difficulty breathing or chest pain.

Nothing ignorant about it, MOST with health ailments brought them on with foods and drugs doing damage to their body. Once people identify their issues they can do THEIR WORK with alternatives to clean things up....

I don’t need to read. I’ve lived it first hand. I would be dead without them and I took exceptional care of myself. Still do. Not one of those things you mentioned applied to me. It’s called genetics. Myself and many others who are in shape and have not abused themselves have taken them.

After suffering a widowmaker heart attack and surviving I had a quadruple bypass and went into cardiac arrest 6 times. I had numerous blood clots.

You know how I survived going into cardiac arrest 6 times? You know how I survived a widowmaker heart attack? Because I was in top physical shape and didn’t abuse drugs, alcohol, or smoke.

You know how I survived an onslaught of blood clots? Because I was on blood thinners.

Everyone seems to have a story, and I'm not advising anyone what to do, it's about WHAT I BELIEVE HAS WORKED IN MY FAVOR.... A GP I had been seeing for some yrs started yapping about my "old heart" and was pushing me to a cardio doc and I can see it now, I'd come out of their office with a bag full of drugs...I did a lot of research on afib and it's reported MANY folks end up with some afib at one point in their life..and all kinds of other heart chest pains etc and I HAVE NONE OF THOSE, and yes my heart is 85 yrs ticking and like an old auto stuff is changing.....

I've had my share of drug pushing docs in my life as has my daughter and deal with issues from the drugs....and their damage.

I consider genetics and my parents both lived into 90's and dad wished and wished that he would go and his ticker would not let him...finally died at 95.

Have you ever checked out the sites of deaths from pharma drugs and surgeries????

Wonder how many OD'd on Vit C or Magnesium which are so essential ....and how about the great healer Zinc..

Did you ever think of this: the doctors that take many supplements to keep their immune systems strong since they see so many sick people????
