We all forget and serious issues can set in the older one gets. I've made it very good at this age of 85+ and if you or others have major concerns, maybe lighten up your brain load and get with some good supports for the memory/mind. Old age homes are loaded with dementia patients....a very tragic issue to have....good health and no memory....

And contrary to what we read about how bad cholesterol is, it is NOT, our brains need good cholesterol....do that research for more info.

The non fat, low fat craze is causing more damage ....eat good fats in MODERATION.
