"B&B’s" Kimberlin Brown Out as Sheila: "It’s a Tough Place for Me to Be In"
by Charlie Mason
Feb. 26, 2024

In the February 26 episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful", Steffy Forrester fatally stabbed monster-in-law Sheila Carter, thus bringing to an end Kimberlin Brown’s latest return as the soap-hopping murderess.

“It’s a tough place for me to be in right now; I’m not going to lie about this,” the actress tells TV Insider. But “I guess if anyone were going to take Sheila down, I’m happy it’s Steffy.” In fairness, the ex-con was only at her nemesis’ house to leave her pushing up daisies.

Not that that makes Brown’s exit any easier for her to take. “I just wish that no one was taking Sheila down,” she says. The show “is my happy place where I have been so blessed to be for over 35 years. But I’ve had a good run at it, so I’m one of the lucky ones.”

"B&B" Brings Back Popular Actor in Shocking Reversal
by Lynette Rice
April 29, 2024

Talk about a major do-over on the CBS daytime drama. On the April 29 episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful", fans learned that a character they loved to hate isn’t really dead after all.

The villainous Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), who was supposedly killed off two months ago on the CBS daytime drama, is actually alive and well.

In an effort to bring back the popular Brown, head writer Brad Bell crafted a surprise comeback that involves a character named Sugar who first emerged on "Bold‘s" sister soap "The Young and the Restless" (where Brown originated Sheila in 1990).

Sheila has a lookalike named Sugar (played by Brown), so she was the woman who was killed by Steffy Forrester on Feb. 26. It was not Sheila.
