I think it's pretty cool. They got rid of the fastest-finger questions, but the questions are harder than Regis's version. The show runs only a half-hour in syndication and I like the new hostess. If they keep it as it is and maybe cut it back to 2 times a week, that would be cool. So far, I haven't seen anyone get more than $32,000. Let's see how it holds out.

It's OK, but I'd like to hear just once Meredith Viera say "Who Wants to be a Millionaire."

It's not bad. Meredith is better than I thought she'd be.

I like it a lot better than the network version. I'm sorry, but Regis Philbin was not a good host. Despite the fact that his ability to sustain suspense SUCKED, he was sometimes rude, and always phoney. He was never real, and rarely kind to the contestants or to the audience.

Meredith is totally obnioxius..but so was Regis, whick doesn't really cause a difference here. However, I think I liked the original version better. They had more intelligent contestants, and without that little bonus round which told you would go in the hot seat. Plus, Meredith seems tiredsome doing two shows a day...and is a sex-crazed psycho who has so far hit on 3 of the male contestants.
